I charge $45 per hour, and the time is tracked via a software program. You know exactly the amount of time spent on each project. You pay only for the time recorded. Also, packages are available for monthly blogging services.

If you have monthly budget concerns, I can estimate the number of hours needed for each project, and we can agree on a Not-To-Be-Exceeded amount.  Should I find there is more time required, I will not proceed without your prior written approval.

Payment is due upon receipt, and there is a 1.75% late fee charge for payments received later than 20 days after the due date. No further services will be provided until payment is received.

You will receive an invoice directly from me via email, along with a corresponding invoice from PayPal.  You can pay directly through PayPal even if you don’t have an account set up with them. Simply pay with your credit or debit card.  Or you can pay with a check. However, PayPal is the preferred method due to its top security.

My invoices go out on the first day of every month.

Generally speaking, I work from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET.  However, I can be flexible if you are on the West Coast.

My clients reach me by cell phone, email or Zoom.  I respond within 24 hours unless your message is marked urgent.  My contact information is right here.

Yes, I provide a simple contract that spells out the services I’m providing and the cost.  This is to make sure we both understand and agree upon the terms we discussed.
